there are no ceramic parts in a Glock pistol, or the M16 / M4 series assult rifles.

Olympis Arms makes a 9mm AR that uses a Glock magazene.

Ya thats actually a pretty good call. perfect sizing for a rifle round gives you a little more punch but dosent weight to much more.

if its shamblers then 9mm carbines are perfect, if they are beyond effective 9mm range then there is no point engaging them

if were talking runners then I'd say 7.62x39 and shotguns as a minimum just to get the runners down

ast time i checked any ar make was full metal, it's gune like the glock the have ceramic parts, Also it's true that a 5.56 is better then nothing, but for hunting zombies i'd want a higher cal. This has both avantages and disadvantages..

wow did u remove the ceramic parts from the m16 so it wont break after falling to the ground, (my apologies if that rumour is wrong), anyway i would be happy enough to have such a small calibre gun, at least better then the co2 guns im shooting at range with. So dont mind a small caliber, be happy to have at least sth int he calibre category^^

if only we could up the caliber a little bit now...

there was something on the news back early last year, the SAS and SBS had done extensive tests with all the major assault rifle platforms including the new generations like the HK 416 and the C series came out on top by a loooong margin so they are the standard loadout for SAS and SBS

our C7 and C8 and way more reliable than the M4 and M16 also, we took away all the faults in the gun
Comment by Spike McQuade on February 24, 2010 at 10:10am
no no not a c9, it's baisicly a swaed off m4, mind you canada's c7 and c8 are basicly AR 15s with a different name and paint job
