awesome stuff!

Haven't talked to you in ages! V48hours was last weekend and it was a hit, handed in our short with 16minutes left on the clock, its not masterpiece but I'm proud of what we accomplished regardless. I was routing for horror but pulled Rom-com outta the hat, our random elements were: Bobby Young the ex bully, dialogue "What have you got?", a bent piece of wire and a freeze frame ending. Didn't realize till afterwards when I watched the thing through our freeze frame ending was not what it should have been, it was more or less a photo at the end of the film in oppose to a video freeze framing. But whatever. I have our heat this Friday, so psyched, I also have exams starting this Friday though, not cool. I'm also working on a post fallout dystopian short called 'The Basement', set in my basement as suggested, again, not perfect and I don't have all the footage I want but I'm working with what I got and I'm hoping to submit it to a short film competition in June. And its in gorgeous HD, courtesy of my school equipment, no blood or gore because it has to be pg/m sorta thing. Follows two youth and their disconnection from reality, living in their basement fallout shelter and their reemergence into the world prior to an intruder breaking into their home. Its visually very nice, the plot is quite all over the place and loose though and I'm not great at shooting interesting shots, angle etc. wise, but I'm good at editing though so yeah, its looking alright and it does have some shots I love love.

Thanks for your comments. They mean alot.  I very nealry deleted the video as I wasn't happy with it at all. Good job I didn't!  Looking forward to the next project.....thanks again:)
