Operation ReHab
Phase One;
Recon 405 and collect intel.
Determine if project can green light based on intel.
Phase Two;
Secure and set up Clandestine Command center that meets project criteria.
Secure nuclear reactor and reestablish power grid.
Phase Three:
Gather specimens
begin experiments
Phase Four;
Operation ReInfect
SPECIAL NOTE;
Avoid detection and interaction with survivors as long as possible.
Use extreme caution when contact is made with survivors.
In the event of a level 10 infection or Situation O-R , Option M.A.D. is mandatory.
