Pros and Cons of weapons.
Im tempted to weigh in, but where to start? How about with the M16 or M4 vs Chainsaw I saw.... The were both described as heavy, but with an M16/M4 Weapons System, it is a weight you can get use ...

Ahhh.... Well that makes more sense... And the Grendel is also the counter part to the .50 Cal Beowulf Rifle.... Which in and of itself is pretty bad ass

Spec-Ops were using it for a while- not sure if they still are- it allows for Close-combat non-lethal training scenarios using low velocity rounds capable of being loaded and fired in existing weaponry.
Originally the ammunition was designed for standard configure weapons but now, there is a new bolt & fluted barrel assembly required for live fire weapons to be converted to the Simunition System.
Whether it has found wide use under military circumstances/training I've yet to find out- rumor has it that certain training facilities [Quantico to be exact] may have taken up the use of Simunition as a base use training tool for take-downs and Hand-to-hand disarmament training- how much of this is true- I'm dubious at best, but it's nice to see a company like this flourish if it can!

OOC: WHOA!! where did that come from?
I took the clothes from the deceased guard, along with his weapon, a glock 19... my M4 was out, and 9mm is better then nothing. There was a lot of activity down in these corridors.
eventually I found veggitation again, and a bunker that led to this base... where I was statoned before the outbreak.
I walked for days with my buddy, Leo. He took this pic about 3 hours before he was dragged into an empty building and bitten. I killed all four zombies, but it was too late... he began to change and I had to put him down too.
