about as useful as any tool. which means "fuck all" unless people using it know what they're doing.
i am not trusting them simply because they have the stamp of authority.

What if you're deployed to Iraq or Afghanistan? What if it's a level 4 outbreak? lol. I don't rely on anyone but my own.
