Not being mean or a jerk but handguns don't have clips, they have magazines. As for the M1 Garand, you are very wrong on the caliber. The Garand fires the 30-06, a rather common round here in America as its one of the preferred hunting calibers.
Upon further investigation, I have discoverd that the military police and the prison in Herlong have been conducting chemical experiments on the inmates that are incarcerated at the institution. The experience I had was an escaped test subject.
A true M14 are select fire, meaning they can go from semi-auto to full auto to safe. The civilian version is known as the M1A, a very accurate rifle indeed.
.30 caliber carbine is damn hard to find in most cities. Your best bet for that would be to check mil-surp shops and even then ammo is rare at best. Though the Garand is a fine little shooter, ought-six is gonna be one of the harder rounds to find...
So you carry multiples of all of your weapons? Thats gonna be a heavy load, but if you can hump it more power to you.

Unless you have a Dragunov or (clone) or a PK semi auto variant or something similar, you not using a semi-auto in the same caliber as your Mosins (7.62x54).
