It's been a while since I've blogged, but unfortunately it couldn't be helped. Shortly after making the decision to travel to other communities to see where I could help kill the most zeds, I recieved news that the bunker I sent my family to stay at, was breached, everyone there was attacked, and either turned or slaughtered. I dropped off the supplies at the agreed drop point, took out a couple zeds with the hummer. I have to admit, that was fun. The hummer I discovered, is highly useless though. It eats gas far to quickly to keep it as a viable means of transportation. Jack probably won't be happy if he learns I left it, keys inside, at the bank parking lot. Two weeks. Two weeks since I first heard about the zombies. I got an email from my parents and my kids. They decided there wasn't enough room, and supplies for everyone. They voted and decided to kill...exterminate....the elderly ones. I promised to see what I could do to get them more supplies. Though they tell me that I'll have to leave it at a drop off point, they won't let me re enter at all.

When I left the bunker, I got into my van, now decorated with Dents, scratches, Zombie innerds and a few bullet holes...the bastards.....I drove to the Renessance store, got my leather gear... I now have hard leather chaps, a hard leather vest, and sleeve protectors I made from another pair of chaps. Al's death haunted me, I can't sleep, when I do I see his head flying from his body, only he's looking at me and begging me not to do it. I think of my other friends and familly, wonder if they too are zombies. I watch my children sleeping and I wonder how long they'll have to stay down here, and what will the world be like for them if we survive this.
