About Me...
I always knew the end of the world was coming.
That crushing, haunting, melting feeling that you get when you think something terrible is about to happen... that foreboding was a part of my permanent reality.

I took steps. I watched the movies, I prepared a zombie emergency bag that I kept by door at all times.
We all had an exit strategy. We all knew the zombieland rules.
But we weren't prepared. None of us were ready.

But how can you be when your world gets turned upside down and everything you knew to be true, to be safe... is gone?

I still wake up in the middle of my broken, fretful sleep craving a cheeseburger and when I'm scrounging for food and weapons in the horrid remains of what used to be a vibrant and exciting city I often wonder
"how many points would I get for checking in here on foursquare?"

But this is a different world now. It is their world. There are no rules. There is no
"You'll be safer if you sleep at night"
because zombies don't sleep.

There is no -
"You're safer if you stick together"
Because you can't trust another person to tell you if they get infected.
No one wants to be staring down the barrel of a sawn off...

There is no hope. I knew that the moment I went to get my mail and my sweet, elderly, cookie making next door neighbour tried to bite a chunk out of my shoulder. She was sweet. She fed my cat when I was away, and brought me soup when I was sick. She was my nanna away from home.
A little slice of country neighbourly familiarity in my strange and lonely city. But when a granny tries to grab a bite out of you... well...

...The bitch has got to go down.

----------------------------------------------------------
At the time of the zombie outbreak I was...
Buying Churros at Mad Mex but I had no idea because I am from Australia.
Weapon of choice for fighting zombies...
Sai that I had stashed in the boot of my car
How did you find out about LostZombies.com...
I heard an SOS on a crackling AM frequency radio....

Yesterday I saw a little girl torn apart and eaten alive over the span of an hour.

I suppose that is it for me. The end of my sanity, the end of my rope. The end of any last remaining shred of hope that something could come out of all of this.…

Let the Bodies Hit the Floor......

So the Zombie Apocaqlypse has begun.

I've gotta say, post-apocalyptic "Zombie World" is not all it was cracked up to be.

There are way less of the "provactive-yet-functional outfits" and "cool-zombies-decapitating moves" side of…
