Zomb-ese?

Hey, does anyone know if zombies (according to this website) can speak? I know dead zombies communicate, and runners cannot, but what is the communication. Do they speak the same language that they spoke before they turned, or is there some kind of zombese?

Weapon of choice for fighting zombies...
A sword is my specialty, but close-quarters combat isn't really the best against a horde of zombies. I can shoot a bow and arrow fairly well, but guns - not so much. I am okay with a shotgun, though.
