I was thinking a passenger aircraft like a boeing 747 or something along those lines that develops some sort of problem in flight like engine failure or something along those lines that would force it to land immediately. And as their luck would have it they land in a zombie infested airfield and the passengers and crew have to fight to keep the undead off the plane and they eventually run out of supplies and are forced to find a way off of the plane.
