Life used to be normal, before I knew that zombies were real. After three weeks of intensive labor our efforts have finally paid off. A wall now divides the two haves of our neighborhood keeping the Afflicted at bay. People are now moving more freely within the perimeter without fear of attack. The wall is roughly a hundred yards across, from one side to the other, built mainly from wood and cement with some bits of scrap metal, it stands 15 ft. Its been five days since we've heard anything. Once they stopped broadcasting everyone around here started getting real worried that there was no help coming.
