i wouldn't think it take a runner very long at all to turn. 15-20 minutes at the most. But an acyual slow shambling zombie... 22-24 hours, depending on where you were bitten and how severe it is.
I believe that when you are recently bitten you show exaggerated signs of the infection before dying and turning. Runners are an anomaly. I've only seen a couple. I don't know if they have a certain blood type that reacts differently to a bite or ...
Depends on the bites placement on your body. If it has direct access to your bloodstream it could be anywhere from a couple of seconds to two minutes, think about how quick injections take to hit you if you have ever been in surgery, its damn near...

I believe the closer a bite is to the brain and heart and the more bites received the faster one turns. If a person is dead or killed it's moments.
The frontal lobe of your brain controls most of your logic and whatnot. I'm thinking the virus would have to get up there and do damage before you show true signs of zombification, though you'd experience other signs earlier than that.
