so much has happened since i was last able to write. i have a lot of catching up to do.

we made it to the park. the day was perfect. at least in the beginning. all the adults went armed. we kept constant guard. the children, so pale from all the time inside, loved the sun. i think we all got sunburns. we even had a picnic. three hours in the open seemed like a million years on guard. my mother and one other stayed behind at the house. my mother was afraid with her age she would slow… Continue

yesterday i watched as our mayor turned zombie was gunned down in the street in front of my house. my neighbor, the neighbor i had screamed and pleaded for help… Continue

what happens now?

the flu

Posted on September 12, 2007 at 12:30pm 0 Comments

the flu hit our town really hard. i wouldn't be afraid to say nearly 80% are infected. the schools are closed. all the stores are closed. people are afraid to leave their homes. our only two doctors have their hands full trying to deal with this epidemic. the hospital has been totally overrun and closed its doors. they have armed guards at the doors and will not let anyone in. yesterday they shot three people that tried to break in.

i'm trying to hold things together here but its… Continue
