It appeared that the runner couldn't see a target and was just spraying bullets...
Also, small caliber weapon.
The 'zombies' showed up amazingly well on thermal...could be vampires instead, though they should have no reason to destroy the body...
Ghouls maybe.
The link at the end of the video is a fake, the site it takes you to is a Russian 'internet security for idiots' page.
And a large amount of supercharged fencing.
