I’m not afraid
I’m not unhappy
Such a stupid ritual I have to say to myself every day; time and time again but

See if you can talk to a brick wall for a while, I've given up. I remember why I stopped getting into meaningful conversations on the forums lol.

Laz said… Have you experienced mostly the Japanese styles of both? I'm wanting to replace the cold steel viking sword, it's beautiful but the handle is terrible to the point of unusable (its basically one layer of thin leather directly over the tang) and was looking at some bastards or at least some long handled longswords. I have one from Armour Class in Scotland but it's whippy as fuck, they use the same size bars for all swords so their longer ones are just too bendy.
It's going to be a chopper so the cold steel style is fine, I assumed that the chen stuff would be more on the lighter side because of their Asian roots, not sure if that is the case or not?
Cold Steel's hand and a half has very mixed reviews but Chen ones seem to have also, mostly fittings issues with both.
Laz said… You too, hope you're not floating about at the moment :)
What are you opinions on the range? Say compared to Cold Steel? I've never tried any of their things, for some reason I've always thought they were a company similar to Windlass.
