- About Me...
- I, like a lot of people, didn't believe in any of this zombie stuff. I chalked up the videos of people attacking each other as nothing more than dope addicts and derelicts doing what they do. All of that changed the night I got attacked. I was dispatched to a fight in progress call and when I arrived on scene I saw this blood spattered woman chewing on the neck of a struggling teenage boy. He was pleading for help as I ran up to them. I kicked the woman square in the face which caused her to fall off the boy. I'll never forget the savage look in her eyes as she stood up and began to run at me. I remember everything going into slow motion as I engaged her with my Glock. I was vaguely aware of bright flashes and muffled pops as I watched her blouse tug with the impact of each bullet. She skidded to a stop a few feet from me and lay still for a moment or two and I thought it was over. I knew my rounds had found their mark because I could see crimson blood staining the back of her torn blouse from the exit wounds. I distinctly recall thinking that she was dead because her chest was not moving. The shock of what had just occurred had not yet set in when I saw her begin to rise to her feet again. I engaged her again and fired my pistol into her torso until it was empty. She collapsed to the ground for a second time and I reloaded my Glock as quickly as my trembling hands would let me. To my horror, the snarling woman began to lift herself up again despite at least a dozen gunshot wounds to her chest. I began to back peddle away from the woman and tripped over what was, at least temporarily, the lifeless body of the boy. The woman was staggering toward me and I am not ashamed to say that I lost my nerve and began to fire wildly. Lady luck was with me, though, as one of my rounds caught the woman in the forehead. Words cannot begin to describe the sense of relief I felt as she collapsed to the ground in a heap. I notified dispatch that I had been involved in a shooting and it was only a matter of minutes before the first backup units and ambulances began to arrive. I remember the paramedics working to resuscitate the boy as they hurriedly loaded him into the ambulance. I had no way of knowing that the boy I had tried to save would later "turn" in the hospital emergency room and infect countless others. That night I became a believer.

At the moment, for me it's time to get into the whole college thing, and i was considering going into Law Enforcement. You would know and i could only imagine how difficult is, but it would be well worth it in the end. :D

- I never knew that, then being a police officer has yet another perk. I had just thought of it cos my local gun shop has a original Thompson in the back. It has a front pistol grip and a barrel mag, looks like a mobster gun. And on the tag it says,"Yes we have a Tommy Gun, but you must have a Class III license to purchase" But anyhow, that's cool you get to shoot a variety of weapons! :)

The other two ones are just .22's. A single shot lever action and the other is 10 shot semi-auto. But if it came down to it id probly take .22 semi and mini-14. Idk how id carry both considering either have slings yet xD
