Day two of journal, I had a close encounter last night when I was on guard duty. I did a hand to hand with a jackass banging on the back windows. I went with my 9mm and my axe. The 9mm is a just in case more come. I went down the fire exit stairs by the dumpsters, and he, it was already waiting I had the axe ready but to my surprise there was two extras. Two years ago to this exact date the NY papers headlined some guards at the Saint Teresa Quarantine Camp saying they had lost some zombies, Bullshit! I’m now in a small group and am not on watch all the time or I would’ve started this sooner.
