Cannabalism

I haven't found any food surplus in any store in town, I've heard reports of cannibalism on fellow survivors on my CB radio. What is happening out there? I'm the only one left alive in this hellhole of a town and I'm running out of options, should I revert to my primal survival instincts against roamers that blow through here?
