I woke up to the rays of the sun shining down on my pallid skin. Well, okay, I didn't wake up. I don't sleep. But anyway. The white hot light of the sun was shining down on my pallid skin. Pallid was an understatement. I was pale to the extreme. So pale you could almost see down to my bones. Hell, in some places, you could. But that was normal. All my friends were pale. Once my clothes were on I hobbled over to the door that my friends were gathered around. Ashley began to bash her head against the door. I rolled my eyes at her. That was not how you got into a building for food. Not that I particularly knew how to but I knew that wasn't it.
