- shoppin at Wal-Mart when emergency sirens went off. Last thing I saw as I ran out was the greeter being torn to shreds....
- Weapon of choice for fighting zombies...
- good ol' fashioned Shot Gun or a Hatchet....Hatchets never run out of ammo.

no where to run...
Im not going to go into the usual banter about whats happened. We all know whats happend....Hell on earth has happend. What I will tell you all is my name and whats happening around me. Its Alex, Me and my little family (fiance & 10 month old daughter) are holed up in our house outside Ann Arbor, Michigan. My house is located off the 94 HWY leading in/out of Ann Arbor....that road is a death trap of the dead. They lurk inbetween the wreckage of charred and abandoned vehicles AND hide in the shadow of the woods and trees in the meduim. The same woods and HWY right outside and surronding my house. Ann Arbor on the other hand is a dead city. No real news is coming outta that hell hole, its all rumors. The damn city served as an 'all you can eat' buffet, what with the booming numbers of college kids. Not much else to say here....We're safe (for the time being). Not as well armed as i would like and food is running low. Its only a matter of time till we're forced to leave.....Im not sure if Me or my family is ready for what we'll see beyond this property..........

Tired....thats all there is to say. Im not sure if all this is going to ever end. Iv spent the last few weeks getting my family to safety...the hardest part was just getting out the front door. All the noise I made pulling the boards off the porch door attracted a good dozen & a half of those things. They about forced their way into the house....but....all it took was the sounds of my screaming child to change the tide of events. She was scared...hell I was scared! Her fear though changed… Continue
