- I enjoy water polo,Kenny Chesney,and long walks on the beach...after anal sex.Seriously.I became a dead head[not greatful]after i first saw,Night of the Living Dead ,as a kid.Since then,i have discoverd zombie films from all countries,and american productions of zombie films going back to the thirties.Such as Lagosi in White Zombie,or Karloff in Isle of the dead.These films usually deal with the hatian concept of the zombie,which were more about voodoo than brain eating.Night of the Living Dead changed all that and paved the way for other greats like D'argento,and Fulci.Since you are on this site you probably already know this shit,so iam going to just fuck off,and say a few things about me.I have been a punk for most of my life,and an angry nihilist for the past six years.I skate,[board not roller you twit]surf,and trick out my own low-rider bicycles.Read:Kafka,Bukowski,Kerouac,hemingway,Steinbeck,Palahniuk,Poe,Lovecraft,and Dylan Thomas.[just to name a few]Music:Cut my teeth on punk rawk,but have studied blues from the Thirties,and Forties,ragetime,jazz,big band,swing,regge,ska,dancehall,hip hop,turntable artists,folk,country,rockabilly,bluegrass,western,indie,death,thrash,hardcore,and forgotten rock and roll pionerers.[did i miss a genre?]Music is one thing i can sit down and talk to anyone about.As for what has been in my stereo lately:P.J.Harvey,Against me,Sellac,Jesus Lizard,Hank Williams Sr.,Lagwagon,Tom Waits,John Prine,Screamin' Jay Hawkins,Massive Attack,Nas,Jedi Mind Tricks,Atmosphere,Norah Jones,Sick of it all,Slayer,Drive by truckers,and The Reverend Horton Heat.Movies:I collect silent films,classic horror,classic sci-fi,anime,exploitation,foreign,indie,vintage kung-fu,cult classics,documentaries,shorts,and many other oddities.

Rosemary brain picatta. ingredients:6oz.brain tissue,butter,flour,white wine,garlic,fresh rosemary,lemon,3oz.capers,and 1/2 cup chicken stock. Heat butter in skillet on high.Lightly coat each side of brain matter with flour,and add to skillet.pan-sear each side untill golden brown,then add garlic,and rosemary.Splash with wine,add capers,lemion juice,and chicken stock.Sauce will thicken as you simmer.Serve with a minced finger orzo,and a nice kianti.
