- im not sure what to put here but here goes. I have a wife and a son and another boy on the way. im a chef and a personal trainer. I had a emergency plan for the outbreak years before it happened. when it all started it was only a matter of implementing it. with the help of the zombie survival guide and my family and select friends we have survived with minimal casualities.
