Oasis (Part 2, I suppose)

supply run

ok out here in the country i think its easier to smell them coming. and they arent as numerous out here. so i went on a supply run, i saw a few zombies at first and kept driving then i ran over a few, i was actualy having fun doing it, then the shit hit the fan. those dead fucks have sharp bones that can pucture tires!!! i flipped my jeep into a ditch, ive been out of ammo for a day now, so i had to act fast. with my baseball bat i fended of a few, and got to my feet. i had to run. some of them… Continue

one day at a time

Vengeance

Now that I'm in the Military Wagon, I think at how we look for Vengeance

even in this moment, while the Dead are Rising for our flesh and brains.



I left IVAN in that warehouse, here in the outer PARMA, one of those endless plains.

Routines and Regrets

Sitting here on top of the building overlooking Green Ridge St., getting better at pinholing the fuckers in the eye at 30ft up and 25 ft away. The more we shoot, the more there seem to be. I'm tryin not to let the little one shoot too many, I'd like her to try and be a little kid a little longer, if that's even fucking possible at this point. A storm is brewing. I'll have to put off escape until tomorrow. Looks like we're going to get lots of rain, thunder, and lightning. I wonder what that'll do to the undead? I've seen two stumble by since I've broke free.

I am worried about Mike. They left a digital camera on the counter. Why would they do that? Wouldn't they have brought it with them to document?

Oasis

Out town is small. Maybe, 20-25 people. All casualties of the same war. But we survive. Every day we all wake early because there are always things to be done. There's no one in here.

I haven't heard anything outside this room for two days and there are no windows to see outside. I haven't eaten. I'm weak. I can't stay here.

The door's hinges are on the inside. I don't have a screwdriver, but I do have the broken edge of a CD case. I'm going to wait for two more hours.

Ive been alone for some time now.
