looking for supplies today i broke in to a house and found a runner but he was week as if he had no strength.

hey guys im shaun, im 16 and live in tuffley gloucester in england, so firearms and modern blades aint a possibillity for me. so i was just wondering if you guys could add any sugestions of improvised weapons or defendable locations and any zombie plans etc. i have a few z day plans but souly on the probability of having a solid facility to defend and a souce of food and supplies. so just add any coments on your z plan an tell me how to base my z plan with my suroundings thank you.
