Well, the power finally went out. It was bound to happen after I talked so much about how awsome it was that it hadn't yet. Either way, we set up the bicycle generator and have been using it as an exercise machine. I never thought about how much energy a place like this takes to run untill I was trying to power it all by pedaling furiously in place (obviously there was no air conditioning and it became extremely hot). So...like the title said, we found food. it wasnt alot, but hey, when your grocery stores, fast food reasaurants, and fancy catering services are gone, a few cans of string beans sound pretty damn good. we raided a few houses across from the dorms today. We got a few cans of food, some fruit thats a little past its prime, but still good, pain killers, anda few other meds. we also found several blue plastic water cooler jugs, so we filled them up in the sinks and took them back with us. that…

I have been really thinking and really comsumed by this whole thought of a zombie apocalypse idea. (Being a writer and a photographer I have to be.) What if this was true? What if it really happened? I was standing in the park enjoying the day. Watching people walk, kids play, old people holding hands and thought, what if everything just went to shit at that very moment? What if a few hundred Sprinters showed up grabbing kids and ripping the old apart. What would you do?…

I told him to wait in the fucking car, he would sill have his stomach if he had just listened. Oh well the kid was a liablity, always asking where his parents were. On my own again. Better this way. Aint gotta look out for the kid no more, its better this way i tell myself before smashing a rotting skull in two with my blunt machete. I start the car and throw the bag of random tins on the blood stained seat next to me, if only he'd stayed in the fucking car!

Not much has happened lately. Most of my time I have spent building a makeshift wall out of the metal shelves we knocked over the other night. The rest has been spent sleeping. Our sleep schedule leaves us all awake for roughly 2 hours to discuss things. Hopefully I will have more to report on soon.
