New York Plastic Surgery: Rhinoplasty

Don't assume all plastic surgery methods nevertheless, are aimed toward self-beautification. Some methods could change ears, which have been lost due to injuries or other causes, increase your eyesight, or help you breathe easier. Simple surgeries like otoplasty (ear surgery), blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), or Rhinoplasty New York centers, are a few methods which can be surgical in nature. In this case, they're also usually linked…

Doing Your Recuperation Easy Through Drug Rehab in New York

On the list of most challenging and darkest experiences an individual may go through is to get dependent on a specific material. Irrespective of whether it be by using alcohol or drugs, part of the difficulty is at getting out of it. Recovery is a long, hard path and relapses are common. It will be possible, though, through a blend of factors that is included in seeing a NY rehab center. This place can actually enable you to…

Zombies in New York - Dorm Talk

"They're no big deal."

"Okay..."

"They're slow. Just keep your pace up."

"..."

"Look, dude, I'm a junior this year. I got a girlfriend. I'm gonna need the room sometimes."

"So what do you do if they catch you?"

"You don't let them catch you. It's very simple. One of them comes towards you, walk away. They're slow, like I keep saying."

"Yeah, but if they catch you while you're not looking..."

"(sigh) You don't let them catch you. Look,…

The Working Man and Zombies

Ask anyone. They call me "The Hammer." Because I negotiate aggressively.

I been in labor management for thirty years. When things get tight financially, the city always talks about laying off workers to meet their budgets. Fuckin' asshole politicians goin' around, promising whatever the fuck to get elected. Since the '80s, it's been tax cuts, right? So they cut the taxes, then just turn it on the city employees who do all the work, and say, "Sorry, we can't afford it no more." But we…

Tunnel Vision - Subways and the Zombie Apocalypse

I'm a subway train engineer on the R line. Been on the R since it was the RR, and that's thirty years now. I was in my two year countdown towards retirement when the zombies started popping up. Now I'll never retire. They'll have to pull the lever from my death-stiff fingers to get me out of this cab.

It's not the pension I lost. Now that the city is broke dealing with the Z's, and we ain't getting any help from FEMA since DC got overrun, all of us city employees have been well and…

Worms in the Big Apple

In New York, we had the zombie problem down!

Truth to tell, we felt bad for all you suburban/rural folks. You're so spread out, it's difficult to get a handle on things. In Levittown, PA, we heard that a zombie attacked the power plant, and the power went out during the struggle. Everyone went outside to see what was going on, and wham! No more Levittown.

In NYC, word spread pretty quickly what we were up against. If zombies attacked a high rise or the projects, they didn't get…

Zombies? Fuggedaboudit!

An Oral History of the Zombie Apocalypse from a New Yorker

"Hey. I'm not saying it weren't weird, right? We New Yorkers, we put up with a lot-- crime, garbage strikes, fuckin' 9-11-- but zombies were something else again. Right? Like who am I talkin' to?

"First mention of 'em in the New York Post, I hardly noticed. That fuckin' rag's been saying the world is ending since Clinton got elected, and after awhile, you tune out. But then, I saw one of 'em myself. I remember, it was a…

Legacy

I used to think that I was not the journal writing type, and look what I'm doing now.

It's quite selfish, writing this. You could say I was writing it for the people who came after this, so they could remember what happened, but that would be a lie.

I'm writing this because it will probably be the only record of my existence up till this point.

We live our lives, and don't really give a s**t about the things that matter. Pretty soon, you are 89, and haven't done Jack with your… Continue

Must have taken a wrong turn at Albuquerque

Very productive day. Much was done to make up for the past few slacking weeks. We're raising the chickens correctly and they're looking nice and plump. We got an irrigation system running to the house now, generator is at full blast, one of our members retrieved some milk from a dairy cow. Things are looking up. I've been invited to come to Albuquerque to help some survivors. A helicopter is going to be sent to pick me up. I'm slightly afraid to leave. What we have here is a pretty solid… Continue

L. Barr on the Northern California Outbreak: First Post

So here we are. I never thought I'd be spending New Year's Eve like this; hulled up in an abandoned radio station. That's not to say that is was totally abandoned when we got here...at least, not if you count the nonliving.

I want to start by giving a message to anyone who may be reading from back in my hometown: I told you so. I've known for years about the impending outbreak, and now that it's here, I have people looking to me for what to do.

I'm not crazy. I never was.… Continue

New......

Just got approved for my membership on this site. Love it already. Well I'm head of SAAZL (Super Awesome Anti-Zombie League). We have about 26 members at this time to speak of. Most of them consist of random people at my school, but most are just really close friends. We started it as a joke, well mostly just something fun to do. One to many zombie movies, lol. Then it just all of a sudden got really real. more people were talking about zombies and less about anything else. Then i got a couple… Continue
