It’s been six months since the News stopped. I still check the radio, going from empty frequency to empty frequency. Once in a while I still get some military bands, one claiming that Washington D.C. is still in human hands. Sometimes, some lunatic would be on the air, screaming about the FILL IN THE BLANK retribution. God, Allah, name it. I’d finally gotten around to getting into all the bunkers. Other than the explosives bunker, which I finally realized was far from the others after… Continue

So I recently played this little game that's been circling around the web lately called Slender. Slender is a little survival horror game that drops you in pitch black woods with nothing but a flashlight and your wits ( which will soon be lost when you get a nice little surprise from our unfriendly neighborhood Slenderman.) The reason why I am posting this is because how it screws with your mind in a realistic survival fashion.
Your objective is in a very tight nit area where its hard… Continue

I don't know what day it is and I don't care. I've stayed at the cabin for at least the past two months, so it may be February. It's been a while since I posted because I've been just staying alive. Some really messed up shit had me messed up for a while. I've been scavenging the area and I've seen signs of others. I've returned to the gas station three times - the first time I had to kill four zombies. They were all in bad shape, a lot of them eaten away, so I was able to do it silently,… Continue

When this all started... when the news started about the dead rising and attacking the living, I thought it was bullshit. Come on, we've all seen the movies, right? We've all seen the movies, good and bad, so who is going to believe this? Like most of the public, I ignored this. I lived my life. Oh, I took a few precautions (or I wouldn't be writing this), mask, stocked up on food (mostly MRE's, which I kind of like), bottled water, the usual survival stuff. Except I got a couple of items… Continue

The scream of tires, a silent beat, and then the unmistakeable sound of two cars colliding, metal folding and twisting. Officer Kopalski winced involuntarily before the training kicked in. He keyed his shoulder mike. Please let there be an officer on scene. "TC 59-3 reporting a collision, heard... about a block east. Please advise, over."
He released the transmit button, and furiously waved the uptown traffic on. It was hot underneath his protective gear. The white gloves… Continue

My name is Blake Howell, before the outbreak I was a fairly normal college student, I was gonna be a game designer, then THIS happened, now every day is a brutal fight for survival against those things. I have decided to document this daily fight for survival. In this journal I will record my daily activities, along with any other important information I may learn. If something happens to me, I only hope the information recorded in this journal is useful to whomever may find… Continue

By my account, the battle for San Antonio, a city of 1.4 million, lasted about three days. At least that’s when I stopped hearing explosions and the rapid fire of machine guns. I had to assume the military lost the battle entirely or pulled out because I do occasionally hear a helicopter in the distance. What I did hear was sporadic gunfire in the distance. I also didn’t see a lot of zombies in my neighborhood, the Z’s had went somewhere else and I was pretty sure I didn’t want to find out… Continue

The first day of the zombie outbreak was horrible. people were running everywhere screaming, but they didnt even realize the worst hasn't come. the first time i heard about the campion virus i thought that it was just some weird silly disease you know like H1N1 or something like that but, thanks to my dad i survived to this day he believed what the media had said weeks before the outbreak so stockpiled on weapons, ammo, food, supplies stuff like that and thank god hes a soldier but he isn't as… Continue

There I was surrounded by more than 15 zombies in A&P. I only had one round left in my 9mm, and I finally decided what too do with it. As my sweaty hand tightened around the trigger, and I could feel the cold barrel against my ear, only one thing was on my mind. Failure. I should have listened to Jack, he told me, "The grocery store isn't safe, don't go Pete," and me, who had never before been without food had ignored him and went in anyway. After all we had been through, killing zombies… Continue

Creating a Zombie game that may go along with the lost zombies timeline. we need developers who are ok with not being paid, and are 100% serious about completing this project. If interested contact me via my email.

I was at the grocery store when it all started. As most of you know the infected had already reached here on the east coast but so far our small town was holding its own. We'd have signs of infected but they would be quickly taken care of by what was left of a local law enforcement or some hillbilly with a twelve gauge. Just to be extra safe people stayed home the bulk of the time. Seeing people outside or cars going down the road was almost a fluke it became so rare.
So why was I in a… Continue

I have been watching Zombieland
lately, and have thought about, and now am going to put up my own rules to survive. Yes, some are knockoffs / stolen from the movie.
To start off
: Rules to survive.Part 2
: Survival after the infection has taken over.
- Rules assume that you have Gun(s) /… Continue

It turned out that the noise was just a tree that was blown over against the side of the Coliseum. Anyways..
We decided to take back roads and steer away from the main horde. About 25 miles down the road we started to run low on gas, so we decided to stop in this little town about 3 miles from the interstate. We pulled up to a CITGO to get gas and stock up on supplies. As we pulled into town, I saw a gun store, so we decided that dad, Ray, and Jack would get gas while me, Stephen,… Continue

I am a big fan of the Zombie Survival Sheet, after filling one out I felt more could have been added so I decided to create a newer version of the Zombie Survival Sheet from scratch.
•A new layout of course
•An ammo bag
•Male or Female check box
•Head and Feet clothing or gear box
This is the version I based it off of and do not know who created it.… Continue

After Cat had told me about the creatures following his group I started screaming at Doug to come down and talk with us. After Doug had heard the story he wasted no time radioing in to HQ which dispatched all the men on call to our location. They also sent several vans and some pickup trucks to take the visitors or refugees whatever you want to call them back to the community center. Cat decided to stay with us and as we had little to no experience handling the undead we were glad for the help.… Continue

We were told to move up North, that the government would help us relocate to safe zones... Being the hard headed Texans that we are we decided to dig in and prepare for the worst. We held a meeting at the community center and decided we would switch to CB radio communication and set up a guard detail and watch duty. Being a town of 6000 people everyone pretty much knew everyone so the plans went well at first. Anyone that wanted to leave was allowed to do so and those that didn't were assigned… Continue

Out of all the things that i thought could never happen this would be it,people turned into mindless fiends.Im speechless that people let this get outta hand,or this happening both are terrifying. We are all on our own,the rest of us left will either turn or kill each other over food and safe places or the "safer" places.Well, how I survived is I was watching tv and some guy was saying riots were breaking out everywhere and mass hysteria was sweeping the state and country.I said nothing unusual… Continue
