New York Outbreak

It started out just like all the other days that summer. My parents had already left for work so I was home alone as usual. I casualy got up, got dressed, then walked downstairs to eat breakfeast. Deterioration Chapter 1: Extra Curriculars

"Hello?" I called, seemingly to myself, into the empty expanse. The rain on the far window was the only reply I received. Then, like a distorted echo of my own greeting, came a faint moan from behind the bleachers near the wall.

Its unstable..

I got a sample today of tissue from an infected subject and ran some preliminary tests. The virus has become unstable, and appears to be mutating.



Tension is getting worse even down here, and I seem to have attracted attention from some of the companies executives. They want to move me out of this lab and possibly to one of their headquarters upstate. Maybe they suspect I'm leaking information out.

Road trip...

I just got back from Traverse City, Michigan. There was "road construction" at all roads leading into the city. Oddly enough there was at least one police vehicle at each "construction zone". There are little signs of the outbreak there (blood in the streets, heightened police presence, distant gunshots) but they seem to have it under control...for now.
