I'm losing track of the days...I can't sleep at night, the moans...they sure as hell keep me awake. Not to mention Knox's incessant ghost stories...who's he kidding? We are living a fucking ghost story. My name's Jay; and this is my story.
A month ago, I was on my own, scouring the streets for food, water, anything. Armed only with a feeble baseball bat, that was slowly rotting away; kind of like how society was rotting away. I found a car, the doors had been wrenched off by… Continue

I watch them now. Just...watch them. When the first runners showed up and the infection began spreading throughout Colorado, many people took to the mountains. It seemed reasonable. Collapse a few bridges, create some landslides, the creatures would never be able to clamber over the barriers. But, what now? The snow falls, the passes filling steadily every day, and they starve. How do I know? I see them, even from all the way down here in the city. Every day, as I peek past my barricaded… Continue

It would seem some members of my survival group have come down with a flu-like infection. It started off at first with just one person, then two, then three, now its just spreading.
Will make a video discussing this soon...

Attention - This blog post is not to be taken srsly like at all. It has no purpose aside from being a somewhat light-hearted story. In short its a casual take on the zombie apocolypse. I understand if you don't consider this funny/satirical or high octane nightmare fuel. Its just a thought that's been stuck in my head and wanted to jot it down.
P.S. I'm not narrating this one. It focuses on fictional characters.

The original plan was to sail up to Malibu, snag some celebrity photos (yeah, I am one of those paparazzi scumbags who sells to the gossip rags. All I can say is that it pays well --- very well, for the right… Continue

Happy New Year. I'm laughing at the absurdity of it when I say it out loud --- H A P P Y- F U C K I N' -N E W Y E A R. .
Man, L.A. went down so fast no one knew what really happened until it was too late just, what, uh, months ago?
I was out on the Ewa, my sweet lil' 24 foot Corsair. She's a sexy, fast trimaran, that slices through the water like a razor through filet mignon. I've hit 20 knots with her before. Man, I love this boat! Jen and… Continue

My eyes slowly opened only to have them droop shut again. My ears began focusing. I could hear muffled screaming. I didn't want to open my eyes so I just listened.
"You think...you can just hold us in here like rats!"
Was that a girl's voice? Wait, why are there so… Continue

The next day, no, more like later that day, I woke up to some gun fire. I walked into their "post", a room upstairs with large windows. Joe was holding Landen's .22 Marylyn, shooting at something on the street below. Landen was on a huge bed, putting ammo in an extra clip. The 12 guage shotgun laid on the wall next to Joe.
"What're you shooting?" I groaned.
"Some infected were closing in on the house."
I then remembered what I wanted to ask earlier.
"Are we going… Continue

This was my first fight since the kid that knocked me out in middle school with one punch.
Bryan threw a roundhouse kick to my head. Since I wasn't really startled by his attempt to stall me, I ducked it easily. My eyes began adjusting, Bryan's other leg appeared to me. I reached for it and pulled. Bryan was lifted into the air, the leg he put his weight on losing footing.
He landed on the ground with a flop. Not knowing any takedown moves, I stepped back. Bryan laid on the… Continue

"How's it hanging Waley?"
As my eyes adjusted, I realized I was talking to my friend Connor. To this day, I was still unsure of which part of Europe he came from. Russia, Switzerland, the Ukraine, Turkey. Whatever it was, he could speak every language there. The only ones he couldn't speak was spanish and french I think.
Generic blond hair, Russian confidence, soldier attitude, sarcastic jokes. No wonder he was the leader.
"Not much Connor, just left my home."
They all… Continue

Sorry for the long wait. Me and my friends have just been driving with the military. They had a military laptop I could use.
Its been, what, a week so this'll be one of the longest postings I'll put up. Stay awake if you can. If not, I'll summarize everything in the second to last paragraph in Part 5. I'll get started.
The day after my last blog, it started raining. It was rather strange, rain in a place that was on the verge of drought.
My dog helped me wake up by licking… Continue

"I don't see him."
"Oh you will."
"I don...." (the -06 round penitrates the skull of a 5'9'' ghoul) "... Oh."
Pink mist saturates the air as another zom for the fire falls. Freddie and I get back into my car. "Go ahead Kelly the coast is clear," I say over the radio, grabbing the gas from the back, pouring it on the zom and flicking my cigarette onto him.
I should back up for a minute. My name is Cameron, a Seabee (equipment operator) in the Navy, but that does'nt matter… Continue

Plans are being made. I am to leave next Friday if all goes well. Many of the survivors are really excited and supportive. I have so much support for me, it makes me happy to know so many people are behind me on this. They're planning on sending someone with me. I have no idea who I want to take though. My father really wants to go, but I think it would be in my best interest to take my personal adviser who has gotten me to where I am today. If I don't take my father, his feelings are going to… Continue

The power outages have been a bit disastrous. Candles and flashlights work in the house, but for cooking and entertainment, we've been lacking. We can't necessarily go outside and start a fire, the lights and noises attract ghouls, and it's a fight that we don't really need. We haven't lost any members so far, and that's a good sign. Also slightly bad, we are becoming a bit over populated and I worry about resources. We have enough for now, but we go through them faster because of the abundance… Continue

I've decided. My mom needs her medicine now; she's getting sicker with every breath she draws. My friend's brother knows the man who owns a pharmacy here locally, and it just so happens that he is still alive, holding out in his store. Well. . .that's what we're hoping.
I guess it's time to introduce my friends. Their names are Julian Henderson, Phillip Holmes, and David Allen. They all have their own stories in this outbreak, and I'm actively encouraging them to share them with the… Continue

Well, the zombies finally reached Phoenix. I thought this would happen, so my friends and I had a plan for this. We are holding out at my friend Steel's house. Brick fencing, and a shed with an upstairs in case we are overrun. We managed to raid a big 5 sporting goods, and Jake's parents are hunters. Josh was able to hook a generator up to the house. We have power, but there's no telling if the generator will give out. There's six people (including me) here.
Josh- lookout on roof,… Continue

I saw something crazy the other day. I knew there were some tough son's of bitches in my hometown but I didn't think gangs would actually continue to be a problem at such a time. I'd just finished preparing my dinner and turning on the gas stove when I heard what sounded like a loud argument going on just down the road. Hobbling to look out my front window sure enough I saw a posse with red beanies having a fist fight with a group of guys dressed all in black clothing. There were about seven of… Continue
