I just turned and ran, not looking back. Soon I emerged on the basement level back in the Cafeteria area where we entered. I don't know if I can say thankfully, but some in our team were caught, and it caused a bottleneck that only allowed a few to catch up with the rest of us.

The first snow fell this week. I'm hoping some of these bastards will freeze. At least they seem to be getting a bit slower. Lots to catch up on. So I think the last thing I said was that I remembered that there were tunnels in the capitol. Ah yes.

To me its clear that whatever disease was spreading manifested itself fully on Monday. I know it spreads through fluid transfers, or at least blood. Bites too. Redundant. Fine, whatever. Was this airborne? Was I immune? Or had I just not gotten bit? Or do I have it and not know it yet?

I think that I left at a good time. I work in the Sherman Hill area, and as I left I had a clear view of Methodist Hospital. God it was a horrific scene. I don't know that I can describe everything I saw. Every floor of the building I think was on fire. I saw - no kidding - a car fly off the roof of the parking ramp - fall a few stories - and totally destroy an ambulance. The ambulance was going top speed straight for the hospital, so perhaps that was a twisted but good thing. Not that many… Continue
