And so it's almost Christmas, and we're still locked in. I think everyone in my building left, so the water supply is hanging on pretty well. I'm afraid eventually we won't have any water left, and we'll have to move. There hasn't been no need to go outside yet, and no one tried to get in, so we're here. We have some chicken in the freezer, it'll be a good roasted tasty chicken in a few days. We've been saving it for Christmas. It'll be nice. I never believed in God, in Jesus or whatever, but a Christmas party is always good. Especially now... This might as well be our last.
Life has been... weird. And I think it will still be weird for a long time. I don't even feel like telling what's going on, because I sincerely don't know. I think that a few infected ran down the street this morning, we heard people screaming, but that was it. It's strange, because I've always thought that the streets would be filled with zombie mobs, people running and screaming all over, blood and fear throughout the city, shit like that. But it's terrifying that the streets are actually... quiet. I don't know if they're dead or just far away. But the infection hasn't spread like we though it would. We'll try to get out sooner or later, and I think it will be sooner than we planned.
I'm just dying to know what's happening.
