Daily activity report for Sierra 4 at paliden site 3 11/18/07

0700: Sierra 12 and Sierra 4 releve Sierra 14 and Sierra 10 on Baker shift and begin Charlie shift
0744: first truck through this morning did not have proper documents and we had to close the gate until it could get sorted out
NOTE FOR PASS DOWN trucks only have to have placard in the window from now on we only stop them to check for PPE
0830: everything normal code 4
0928: Sierra 12 had to put down a walker while on vehicle patrol fortunatly it had gotten tangled up in the east fence just short of the north burm ,it appers like it might have fallen out of a truck on its way in , maybe we should follow each truck in to the pit we are getting more and more each day getting lose from the contanment area .
1030: everthing normal code 4
1046: Greg stoped by the shack and told us that another site had lost some zombies and to be extra alert and asked us to think about ways to help prevent that. he said he would see about us bringing on an extra guard during the day to use in followong the trucks in.
1115: we had two reporters come to the gate UT 478 UZW in a ford exspedition white , and start asking questions as soon as we requested their ID they left , we will increse perimiter patrols incase they try to find another way in.
NOTE FOR PASSDOWN if you drink the last of the coffee you have to buy the next can and we need more filters
1200:we are both at the gate for lunch
1245:last truck until 1600 Sierra 12 is running in to town for gas
1300: Greg let me know we can add a guard during the day shift I will let the office know and add the new guard when I get back
1330:Sierra 12 is back and says the national guard has the road out to the St.Teresa camp closed

1630: we won't be getting anymore trucks today there has been some kind of problem at the camp
1715: a walker came out of the trees behind the shack and started bumping up against the west side Sierra 4 eliminated it with the shot gun

1900: the last of the disposial team is off site and the gates are locked

PASSDOWN FOR SIERRA 11 the jeep drivers door isn't closing right it may need to go in and have some one look at the door latch
1940: Sierra 10-14 and Sierra 10-10 are finally on site the national guard has closed our main road in too so now we have to take the long back way in I will let the other shifts know just in case .
