So, I havent written for two days. Alot has happened in those two days. Well Day three, which would be Sunday I believe I discovered my laptop still had power so I logged onto every sight possible trying to find some sort of communication with someone. I logged onto my Aim account and a few seconds later my friend Maggie logged on I was so happy I nearly squeeked, not knowing what to say I casually typed a message saying "Hey,hows it goin? nice zombie outbreak we've been havin huh?" my friend and I had always joked about this sorta thing happening, we never truly believed it was ever really going to happen, so this was a terrible truth to face. Something that had once been a joke all throughout our friendship has come to life. Anyways she types back "weeell sydney and I almost got bit by mom while we were playing Silent Hill homecoming so it preeetty much scared the shit outta us" after talking for a while I realized my battery on my laptop was really low so we quickly figured out a way to meet up.I put on my dads fishing suit with all my weapons clutched in my arms, a backpack of precious belongings and a bag with my cats in it, I couldnt just leave them there :/ and I ran out to her van as fast as I could possibly run. Luckily the zombies had progressed down my street so they weren't in my way, When I got to the van I jumped in quickly and we sped off to our destination. "sooo, uh maggie" I said, "where is your dad???" "well, when everything happened he was at the hanger, so we have no idea" she said. Her dad is a pilot by the way so he would have been an important person to have around in this situation. "crap" i thought to myself "were pretty much screwed now" our plan had consisted of him flying us to somewhere far away from here. well I guess that was no longer going to happen. Soon we were at the Brand new Bass pro shop, this was not the place we had originally planned to go to, but it was very recourcefull so we decided that it would be the smartest nearby place to go to, the only problem was the zombies were clawing at all the doors and windows. "well, what the hell do we do now" I said in a bleak voice "we gotta fuck some zombies up some time right?" Maggie said "meh, i guess so" I said. So we drove further up to the entrance, and got all our weapons together. I left my cats in there and locked the doors and rolled up the windows. "damn, i hope their meowing wont attract the damn things "oh, it will dont worry" said Maggie. as we walked over to the horde. "Ready?" she said "Ready" I mumbled. It was a zombie killing spree. I was using a shovel I found in the garage that day, this thing was huge and I sharpened the point to make it more deadly. She took the first hit with her katana that she got for her Birthday, it wasn't one of those crappy ones that the blade spins after you hit something hard enough. No, this one was sharpened, durrable, and ready to decapitate zombies, and thats exactly what she did, I did the same thing except I hit them with the shovel first and then got them on the ground and stuck my shovel in their neck as if I was digging a hole. After about 15 minutes of this zombie killing spree we were able to get in. I ran back to the van and got my cats and then we ran in, immidiatly after arriving shutting down all the controls, such as the music, the door censors and anything else that would make noise, or let them in we explored the place gathering weapons and food supplies, after getting everything together we sat at the fake campfire upstairs in the camping area and reminisced of good times back in freshman year until we fell asleep. The next morning I awoke to my cats meowing at me, realizing i had not been able to feed them in a while i fished a fish out of the tank and gave it to them, they were very grateful for this, and i was grateful for the beef jerkey, only problem was my friend is a vegetarian, she hated even being around all these dead animals but this is a desperate situation and we have to make sacrifices.
