Let us fast foward 37 years after the outbreak, my name is Mr. Green, that is all you will know me by, my mission aboard the Axiom was and is classified. What I can tell you is my story, while the great panic was going on the govt was already comeing up with alternatives to surviveing exctinction. One project was the Axiom, a giant space staion that would revolve around our infested planet. And remember this was back in 2009, that is about 37 years ago, no way in hell did we have the technology to hold at least 1,000 passengers. But we did, and for 37 years we stayed up their in space, just us scientists and anyone who could afford it. Again any further back story to my carrer is classified. So after all those years of teaching our children of the great Z wars, and after all those years of revolveing our helpless planet, we decided to see wht things were like. That was probally one the worst mistakes on our part. You see, our poor planet Earth was so screwed up that the radiation from the Z wars, that used to hover in the air, finally began to drift down to the ground. Aparently we never would have thought that would ever be a problem...lucky us. We it did, and most of the inhabitants were killed by radiation sickness, and some bonded with the chemicals, and of course this had no effect on the undead. But the few survivors that were still around (the horrible mutated barbarians that they were) were also hunted by the undead, and were infected, that was a problem, now we had mutated undead, they were extreamly fast, and adgile. But we did run into those guys, but they were taken down like any other undead freak. But what gave us the biggest problems were not the undead, but the creatures that were mutated by the years of radiation, and thats were my story begins. So me and my squad of five were walking in what was originally Manhatten until God gave it a make over, the whole place was sandy, sand filled the roads and buildings, and due to so much radiation still in the air the sun was bloced out and was rearranged with an orage looking mist. The whole place looked like a liveing hell. And then it hit us. Ive never really saw what earth had looked like accept for in books, and on computers. And I saw what originaly inhabited it, and what we saw was nothing Ive ever seen in a book, or on a computer. It was apparently...a spider, but due to so much radiation, the dame thing mutated into something was as big as a tank! The thing grabed Frosty (my second in command) and devoured him, we heard his screams as the giant spider creature began to chew on him I picked up a broken pole that was half in the sand. And began to attempt to fend the monster off, it screeched when I jabbed it! The thing was covered in greased hair, and talons the size of a tire. Its giant eight set of eyes focused on me, and since we were in the middle of a sand filled street, with buildings on our left and right, it charged at me. Harry (one of me squad members began to shoot it). But it was to late the disgusting creature had me pinned, but then Harry and the others began to fire missiles at it. And just then its blood, or goo or what ever that thing had in it exploded all over my anti radiation suit. But the undead heard the shots, and then they seemed to appear out of nothing. They shambled and some spritned at us, we ran and began fireing at them. We eventually made it back to the shuttle, and got the hell off of Earth. It was compleatly lost, the residents compleatly mutated, some day mybe, we will be able to return to Earth...some day.
