During a sweep.

I am not even sure what day it is or month anymore. all I know is the sun is setting, I have posted up in a tree a good couple of miles out of town. And I am afraid to use any light because despite the lack of inteligense of these...Things they will know light=food And I am not open for buisness.

Yesterday I lost my best friend to a runner. Him and I have stuck together since the outbreak hit our neck of the woods. For fuck sake all of my family is gone now my best friend got torn apart 20 feet from me and there was nothing I could do.

I didnt slow down, He did I didnt notice untill he screamed I looked over my should to watch a runner take him down.

By the time I started back two more had turned the corner I was completely out of ammo from the fight a few minutes before wich atractted the runners. I had no choice but to keep running untill I lost them. it took me six city blocks 4 ally ways and one car alrm.
The first thing I did when I got back the safe point was armed up on ammo.
Come sunrise I am going back to make sure he isnt one of them.
He would have done the same for me.
