First Day of Travel

From what I'm getting from GoogleMaps, it seems I'm roughly a mile due West of a small town called Stagecoach. Zombie encounters seem to be roughly the same as Tomball; it must be because Stagecoach is a small town as well, and survivors before me must've thinned them out, though I've yet to meet up with any.

Got chased by an infected cow today. Kinda funny in retrospect, though dog was going crazy. He seems to fear infected animals more than he fears infected humans. I managed to shoot it. I contemplated eating it, but that probably wouldn't have been a very good idea.

Came across another Army patrol today. It looks like they were shot by raiders; the humvees were totally burned out and there were no supplies. Scored myself a helmet that fit me, and a decent flak jacket. At least now if a zombie gets me, I'll live about 5 seconds longer. Woo hoo.
