There I was surrounded by more than 15 zombies in A&P. I only had one round left in my 9mm, and I finally decided what too do with it. As my sweaty hand tightened around the trigger, and I could feel the cold barrel against my ear, only one thing was on my mind. Failure. I should have listened to Jack, he told me, "The grocery store isn't safe, don't go Pete," and me, who had never before been without food had ignored him and went in anyway. After all we had been through, killing zombies in our suburb, and then traveling almost a hundred miles to get away, I had finally lost. I hadn't even thought of bringing more than my 9mm. We had been staying in a gun collectors house and there had been a whole arsenal. I just didn't think straight.

I closed my eyes and a second before I pulled the trigger I heard, "Hey kid, catch." Suddenly a colt revolver replaced my 9mm and before I could think, I aimed and shot. Blood spurted out as the zombie fell to the floor. I wasn't the only one shooting, these two other teenagers, one with a AK one with M1 Garande were blasting heads like nothing I thought possible. Soon all the dead were how they should be, dead.
I just stood there, gawking at these two heroes who had saved my life. "Your welcome", one of them said. First I thought he was angry, then I realized he was joking. JOKING. I couldn't believe it, he wasn't even phased by what just took place.
Suddenly, Jack burst through the door. "I'm sorry", he said, "I should have come with you." When he noticed my saviors he just stared and said, "Hi, i'm Jack."
"Pleasure to meet you," the guy who had given me the colt and carried a M1said. "My name is Mark, he's Ted he said pointing to his friend with the AK."
When we got back to the place I was hiding out in with Jack, we got to know the new guys. Ted and Mark were cousins and one day while they were hanging out, their town was attacked. They got on their bikes and road up north till they reached here. Like me they planned on getting food from the grocery store, so that is why they were there to save me.
All of us decided that after our "incident", the zombies would have heard our gun shots and this place was no longer safe. We spent the day packing and planning our trip. We decided to go to Jack's uncle who lived 20 miles to the west. I armed myself with my 9mm, a steel crowbar, and a benelli m4 super 90 military version which held nine shells instead of five. Ted brought his AK a desert eagle and a hatchet, while Mark took his M1 the colt revolver and a machete. Jack, who was a perfect shot took his sniper, a short katana, and his baretta.
Right before we left, Jack made me promise not to be so stupid ever again.  I told him he didn't have to worry I would never ignore him again.

Is there going to be a part two cause i think you write very well. And I can't really find any faults in it which stand out. I do hope there will be a part two though, either way. Good luck.

Interesting. Quick question though: Where are you getting all these weapons?
