LZ has been rather dead the past several months. What happened? This place used to be so full and new stuff just flowed in, now its only got a few people on every now and then. I don't want LZ to die.

Hey heres my opinion

I havent been on the site for sometime, mainly because i saw no point in coming back. The community is fantastic but when i was asked to help i was merely asked to promote the site. I didn't mind helping in other ways unpaid but was simply asked to stuff emails. As it stands right now i think there is more than enough content to make a great video and i don't know why there isn't at least a rough cut for us users to view/critique. I do believe that too many cooks spoil the brains, but the user's views should be considered as maybe pretty good test audience.

No Candles was great but i don't see the point unless it was intertwined with user content, i mean it would of been great if users vids were included instead of just written content. Re-edited it would be a great teaser for the main film i don't know why that hasn't been considered?

In my mind organisation and execution(don't mean user content is great) seems to be a problem, a jump forward to movie rough cut or some executive decisions about the project are needed.

Just my opinion i have been wrong before and i will be wrong many times before i become a flesh muncher!

Pirate for your thoughts? We could rig up some flyers and pass em around during zombie appreciation month ( in may ). Hell I dress like a zed with a few people and do it.

I agree with you The Heathen...

There are lots of Zombie Fans out there myself included. I came to this site months ago, and thought it was the best thing ever. This site can be so big if we can ressurect it. I am going to be honset, I am sitting here writng a script for a zombie film I want to make and something tells me to come back to this site. After months of being away, this site just doesnt fade away. This is where I want to be for inspiration, I turn to all these people with thier ideas and resources, I cant do that with any other social network.

Skot, I am the head of terror Technologies (Boston Chapter) right now terror tech holds the guiness book of WW for the largest gathering of zombies in one area. we also are huge into charity work. (food drives etc.) I have access to a ton of ppl willing to help and zombie community. The president of TT has co produced a troma film. So if you are looking for a zombie movie I have a connection to troma film. I am open to discussing different ideas as well as the ones I have mentioned. If you and the community wants to get serious in bringing back this site to true form, now is the time. we have a few more zombie movies coming out (warm bodies, WWZ, and a zombie land tv show as well as the walking dead.) zombies are still culturally realative and its not to late to capitalize and take advantage of the craze while its still here. Yes there will always be life long zombie freaks like myself and others but if we want to keep the interest i think we need to listen to skot and decide what the future is of this site. if we dont we will eventually lose a great meeting place of like minded ppl or we can brain storm, pool resources and make a plan!

Im all in for the movie skot. I agree with Michael T. Douglas that it can be about the movie and users dumping zombie related stuff.

The film idea needs to be revamped. I really don't know how far things are with the film and I'm not sure anyone else does either. Need more posts on that.

Lost Zombies is still about the film, just like Comic-Con is still about comics.

It can become that. But I know many people love the community film idea. That was the seed of all this.
