It's Dark
This inner peace i feel when no one is watching....
All these planets form together, in a straight line...
Do these signs have meaning, does my curiosity have purpose?
Hopefully all these questions will be answered and a solution will surface
Moving along quicker than death, more silent than night-I
lost all i know but i'm great of course, just i'm fine
sneaking around, without a sound- the only thing holding me back is this mind.
Ever so slowly does this plague creep
Seeking to find me and devour the meek
Corrupting the innocent and destroying the invincible they know-
All that there is will come to an end and so
This story is over and it's about time i'd be leaving
The dead are knocking and i'm not treating....

Hey Praxile, are you sure youre 16, because this is some deep Sh*t youre writing. I really like this poem. That first paragraph alone is nice. You know I do paintings and that first line reminds me of this painting I did of the univers. I am glad you asked me to check out your page. I have not been let down at all to your stuff.

I am very impressed by this. The writing is very insightful and it flows nicely, too. It can be enjoyed by silent reading or reciting aloud, which elevates it to the realm of music. I also like the fact that there is rhyming, but on a sophisticated, rather than juvenile, level. Very, very good!
