Lost Zombies Film School #8: Homework
Okay. You've learned the basics. Now it's time to put that knowledge to work. As you may have heard, we are closing Objective A1 on Monday June 22nd.
Objective A1 requires video footage of people wearing dust masks to protect themselves against the Super Flu.
That's it! Easy right?
Let's have a little contest. Take this objective and shoot something that clearly uses the following rules you've learned:
1. Obey the Rules of thirds
2. Obey the line
3. Be prepared to justify why you choose the camera angle you used.
Your homework must include a person in a white dust mask. As far as story and length goes, that's totally up to you. You could literally shoot a single 10 second shot if you like.
This is an easy, fast assignment. You could shoot this with a mobile phone. You've got no excuses. Get off your butt and shoot something!
