I don't think any of us really appreciate how much of a luxury the internet was, before the whole zombie thing. Anyhow, that goes along with cigars, women, free time, and relative safety. I'm sitting here, in a shitty old RV, on top of a cement block tower, apparently this is the modern day apartment. Thankfully they were dumb enough to leave gas in the tank, and wireless is apparentely still on. I also found some scotch and a .38 special revolver, and half a box of ammo. I'm still waiting for some friggen contact from another survivor of some sort, even if its "hey, I'm gonna take your supplies" Its getting pretty lonely here. I'm gonna stay here for about two weeks I think, I'm making some dirty wine in an old glass jug. I never was much of a drinker, but it might be good to barter later down the road. I made a pipe bomb the other day, which was fun. I blew up a car in the little town nearby. The Town's name is, get this: Sunnydale. The sun is shining brightly on its citizens, while they roam looking to feast hungrily on people who are dumb enough to get caught. I never much understood just how so many people fell prey to the stupid menace. Theyre slow and not very smart, but people were dumb enough to get themselves infected and raise their numbers. In the first days of the outbreak I watched a young man get torn to pieces, then crawl after the woman a few minutes later. He was running with his girlfriend, when a group of them walked in front of them, she ran around them but he tripped, and they fell on him. Poor girl saw the whole thing, but then she was smart enough to run away. Dunno what ever happened to her, hope she's okay somewhere, but with so many dead it's hard to be positive. y friends are somewhere up North, stayed up there while I moved here to Mississippi. They should be okay, but, I guess they may not be. another luxury was phone calls, can't make a call to someone else and hear they're okay. My parents were farther south, havent heard from them either. I guess I'm mostly on my own in this world. Maybe my luxuries will get me through...

There are still survivors here in Australia. There would be days where you would not come across a soul then all of a sudden you bump into a small community of people. Most of them trying to do their best to keep up the Aussie spirit which is in times of crisis to help eachother out as best as they can. Of course you bump into people who only care about themselves.

transmission received. world wide outlook 6 years later (hard to believe the outbreak just had it's "anniversary" in February) is over 80% contamination.  more of them than us - safest places were cold, less populated.  U.S. and Mexico pretty much wiped out, metropolitan areas in Canada gone. heard the British Ises have been abandoned all dead walking there same with Australia.  areas of China & Russia never got hit.  too remote  those are the rumors.  if you are reading this, not sure if you are one of the lucky ones or unlucky ones.  stay safe
