Yeah, the whole story about the clandestine plane turned out to be true, as far as I can tell. The cellphones are still working, so is the internet. We still have power. It's been a week since I've locked myself in my apartment. My last time outside had only one purpose: the safety of my parents and family. They're ok, the others in the island aren't letting anyone in without strict safety measures, so I guess they'll be fine. I'm not sure what's going on outside. The only people I communicate with are my parents and my friends staying here. My parents are safe, but they can't see the city from the island, neither do I, from my apartment. Actually, I'm not sure if I want to look. When people found out about the plane that was carrying an infected body, chaos took over the city. Everything is silent now, and I don't know what's going to happen. I think a few people stayed, like myself, but mostly, they ran to the mountains. Some people say that the bridge that connects the main island to the continent will be imploded. We'll have to wait and see. I'm staying inside for as long as I can.
