Or you could just keep doing what you are doing. Because if you were alone, you'd have bursts of random thoughts and you probably wouldn't have time to write them down.

A little idea. You could write out a bunch of little tid bits like this and mash em into one with little dates ( just whenever the hell really ) and make it like a excerpt from a diary.
