The Apartment. Part 1.

Up in an apartment building right now with some survivors. I heard on the HAM radio as we were driving to look for the tall building with an American flag hanging off the balcony. Looks safe. Don't know if I can trust these people yet. They look nice enough. Feed well too. They have a lot of supplies too. Enough to last through the winter. We're on the top floor and have roof access. I hope to start farming up there. Steel bars around our door. Hope they work. Be back soon I'm gonna go check out the roof, and see if I can make an escape route if something goes wrong here. P.S. it feels nice to know that there are other people experiencing this nightmare as well.
