I toss a few logs into the fire, watching it dance, and brighting up the room. Looking over my shoulder time to time, still seeing the bear still on the couch. -sighs- "Well, mr. bear... since it's just us two..might as well have a look around...since I'm stuck in my own dream ... or if I should ever call it a dream.. but, still this place gives me the creeps." I dust my hands off, standing back up, and grabbing the bear from the couch holding it in my right hand. I walk down a dark hallway, reaching the end, entering a kitchen with a good size table for six, and at the end to the left was a glass sliding door that lead to the back yard. I walk up to the glass doors, seeing nothing but trees, and snow. "What is that?" I push my glasses up, focusing my vision on a black shadowy figure in the distance, swaying as if it was drunk... I blink once, hearing a loud bang the next. "Oh shit!" I jump back hitting the refrigerator, my eyes stay locked on the shadowy creature, it's face wasn't visible, as if it was being covered by it's appearal. It growled, as it slammed it's hands against the glass. My heart races, feeling my hands squeeze onto the bear. "Get up...move damn you!" I slide up against the fridge, keeping my eyes locked onto the creature, and run back down the hallway, and into the living room. -breaths heavily- "shit..shit..shit..what the hell was that!" I catch my breath, feeling my heart race against my chest, and not daring to look over my shoulder. "I got to wake up. think man. Your dreaming, it's not real...it's not real." A chill runs down my spine, I quickly make my move up the steps, entering a long hallway with numerous of doors, and at the end was tall window. -thump, thump- I quickly move down to each door reaching to the last one. "Shit, there locked!" I turn to the window, trying to open, break it with my fist. The more I punched, the more I felt my skin break as blood appeared onto the glass. -breaths heavy- "fuck...well mr. bear.... I believe it's the end for us. The thumping sound stopped behind me,giving me another cold chill. I take a deep breath, turning around seeing it stand at the end of the hallway, and watch it breath with anger. "Alright...let's do this..." I take the first couple of steps, then charging towards it as it did the same. "Come on!" shouting out, raising my fist ready to swing, but failed. It gets a hold of me, pushing me back towards window. -crash- Time slows down, looking upon the white sky, and closing my eyes awaiting to hit the ground.
-Thump- "Mmmrghh" I open my eyes slowly, seeing two little feet infront of me. "Are you ok?" Julie says, helping me sit up against the couch. "ughh..my head..." I close my eyes once more, holding my head, then looking back up. "What happend, how long was I out?" "You've been out for three days.." Liz says. I slowly get up, landing back on the couch, and hold my head due to the lack of dehydration and food. Liz walks over, handing me some water, pain pills and a granola bar. "Thanks, so what happend?" Liz looks at me, with worried face. "You blacked out...we got out numbered, we drove for a good distance just to get away from it all, and we ended up in this cabin." I pause for a moment. "A cabin?" I grab my glasses, putting them on, and looking around. "yea, a cabin...why?" she asks. I spot the fire place, the hallway. "Just wondering...wheres the bathroom?" Liz points to the stairs. "it's all the way to the end on the left." she says. I stand up slowly, heading towards the stairs, and slowly reaching to the top. A chill runs down my spine, as I step down the hallway taking it all in, and finally reaching to the end staring through the same window, and looking outside seeing trees with brighting up the area. "Deja vu anyone?" I enter the bathroom, closing the door behind me, and turnng on the faucet. -sighs- Dipping my hands in the cold water, splashing it upon my face, and I open my eyes seeing the shadow figure appear in the mirror standing behind me. "shit!" I turn around quickly seeing nothing as if it dissapeared, taking a deep breath, and exiting the bathroom. "Oh hey! I heard you woke up." I look to my right seeing Wendy a door away from me. "yea...just the thought of being knocked out for three days suprises me. But, seems everything is ok now.." she looks at me and smiles. "I'm glad your awake now. Liz was worried sick about you.. she didn't sleep much since the thought that we could've been over runned again, and you were still knocked out cold, and also your room is right there." she says pointing across from her. I give her a light smile, walking towards the door to my new room, and opening it spotting Liz laying on her side. I make my way towards the bed, laying next to her, and watchig her turn towards me, feeling her arms wrap around my neck, laying ontop of me, "shes warm...like fire.."
