I continue driving as time creep up on me as the time read seven-forty. "Christ... I got to find a spot to stop.." I drive into a home depot parking lot since there was a Target across the street, parking it, killing the engine, and locking up the doors. "Let's hope no one comes a knockin..." I hop in the back, grabbing the bag, and pulling out the weapons, loading them under a fade of light from the light post. The streets were pitch black as night, zombies hardly to be seen, and the idea of being a sitting duck was a bad idea. Two hours pass, my stomach felt like it was caving in, realizing I haven't put nothing in the belly of the beast. The feeling of wanting to open a can, or make move just to eat, but I couldn't tell if they hear me throwing a munch.

I cover the light from my Ipod, keeping an eye on the time. It was already three in the morning, still haven't eaten.. "I wanna move..." The pain of my gut sinking in wasn't good, so I decide to dig in my back pack for my stash that I saved up last weekend, and feeling a fat sack in my hand. "Finally...some rest.." Pulling it out, as well as my supplies as my roller and papers. I pull out my journal setting up. -sighs- "I hope paranoia doesn't take over. Ha, I sound like if a pig is gonna pull up on me.." Licking the paper, finishing up the roll, and popping it in my hand. "Ah, good one.."  I crouch deep into a ball lighting up. -Inhales and exhales-  "Oooh..yea.." -muffles coughs- I look around seeing only one zombie standing still a few yards away. The smoke begins to fill the vehicle, hiding me in the clouds of thick smoke. "Ha...ha..heh..heh.."

Gazing over my Ipod once more reading six a.m. My eyes were aching, since no rest came upon me, hopping into the front seat, and placing the glock in  the cup holder and the rifle in the passenger seat. The sunlight was cracking in, while starting up the engine, and lighting up another one for the road. I crack open a can of fruit drinking the juice and eating the chunks of fruit for a quick munch. I burn out from the lot, driving off towards down town, and knowing it was a crazy idea. But, needed to find some support, or a camp.. someone atleast.

I hit the highway seeing it was also deserted, hardly any vehicles some here, some there. Just hoping to see a hitch hiker on the way atleast.. I reach down town, ahead was the alamadome that held concert events, basketball games, the rodeo, ect. My first hunch was to check it out, they were probably using it as a hold up for the evacuation. I feel myself drive into the parking lot of the dome, seeing the army was here, and noticing a few tents. But, not a soul in sight was to be found, while killing the engine and exiting the vehicle while grabbing my weapons.

I look at the huge building, knowing I have alot of ground to cover. I look at the roach of my j, taking one final hit, and throwing it on the ground. "Let's do this.."
