first 10 seconds was a little irritating with the whole southern comfort thing.....  basement scene with the music kicking in was great, got my heart rate going, felt the anxiety (some of the highest rated horror flicks have failed to do that)..love the day of the dead sounding background music.. followed by dawn of the dead sounding tracks... The zombie attack was very effective ..  agree with the silly mistakes of the charater comments... however we have to bare in mind that not every survivor will be one of us...  in fact the majority of survivors won't be like us, they'll just be lucky bastards without a clue as to how they're surviving and in most cases it'll be a case of one of us finding them and letting them tag along... ending was pretty realistic for a NON Zombie Know it all... none of us would be in that situation lol

great movie although the stupid mistakes the character was making was pissing me off like seriously y would you put your gun in the back seat in the middle of a zpoc come on now
