I grew up down the road from where they filmed the original Night of the Living Dead. At age 7 my father decided it was a good idea to take me to the cemetary after catching me sneaking over to a friends house to watch the movie with his parents, even though my dad said I was too young. It was a cold november day, it was grey and overcast and probably an hour or so before the sun went down. And here I am already scared to death from the movie, to see the actual cemetary in front of me where it all began. Needless to say, my one childhood fear, is now my obsession. Thanks Dad, for years of therapy.

Honestly though, I have had a childhood fear of zombies since that fateful November 'bonding' session with my father. And it took me way too long before I was able to watch the original NoTLD again. Have had lots of friends tease me about it over the years, well screw them, when its all said and done, I will be the one on the roof watching them getting overrun by those stupid childhood fears.

I have a great sense of humor about it now. Every house I have lived in since I was a young adult has a 'zombie escape plan' prepared before I even start unpacking. And if I am stuck in a place that is ground level, I am usually overly paranoid about how long it will take to cover all the windows and doors.

So there, that is something about me. Cheers!

At the time of the zombie outbreak I was...: On the top floor of the Hotel Morgan, locking down the elevators and blocking off the one fire exit. Prepared to hunker down and seat off the resturants supplies til I had to move on.

Weapon of choice for fighting zombies...: Ipod with Lou Reed's "Take a walk on the wild side" playing while swinging a louieville slugger in one hand, Glock pointing and shooting in the other! all else fails, they got great idea's on the zombie wiki: http://www.zombiesurvivalwiki.com/
